The Heart of Relationships is a one day workshop for people intent on experiencing relationships that are rich in intimacy, trust, optimism and fulfilment. 

It is open to anyone of any gender or orientation, in or out of relationship, with or without their partner. No previous experience is required, just open-hearted curiosity and the willingness to find meaningful breakthrough in any areas which have become stuck.

Workshop facilitators Matthew & Emma Pruen have built on three decades of working with people in one-to-one and group settings to develop this workshop, which draws from numerous wisdom traditions. The day will be especially supportive for people who feel stuck in repeating patterns of failed communication, blame and breakdown of trust.
