The Heart of Relationships is a one day workshop for people intent on experiencing relationships that are rich in intimacy, trust, optimism and fulfilment. 

It is open to anyone of any gender or orientation, in or out of relationship, with or without their partner. No previous experience is required, just open-hearted curiosity and the willingness to find meaningful breakthrough in any areas which have become stuck.

Workshop facilitators Matthew & Emma Pruen have built on three decades of working with people in one-to-one and group settings to develop this workshop, which draws from numerous wisdom traditions. The day will be especially supportive for people who feel stuck in repeating patterns of failed communication, blame and breakdown of trust.

 Expect to cover: 

• what a good relationship really can be • where your experience of relationship needs support • understanding the unconscious/historic element of our relationships • how we get into, and more importantly out of, deadlock • what intimacy really is and how to cultivate it • what we need to do to get ourselves fit for a positive experience of relationship (current or future) • the fundamental personality types and how they play out in relationship • how we give and receive love in different ways

Date: Saturday 18 November Venue: St Luke’s, Islington Led by: Hoffman UK facilitator Matthew Pruen and Family & Systemic Constellations coach Emma Pruen. Times: Arrive from 9.15am for a 9.30am start. We’ll finish at 5.00pm. Cost: £300 per person
