SYSTEMIC FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS

The truth will set you free

WHAT ARE SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS?

Developed by Bert Hellinger, Systemic Family Constellations is a process in which people are placed (like a living map) to represent members of a family, a company or even an ailment in order to read a dynamic from these related persons. The work is called Family Constellations because this map looks like a constellation of stars.

The constellation serves to uncover the background of failure, ruptured relationships, illness, disorientation, addictions, mental health struggles and much more.

The Family Constellations method is useful wherever there is an urgent need for action or where counselling, or other therapies have failed to bring resolution to an ongoing issue.

HOW CAN SYSTEMIC COACHING HELP ME

If you are struggling to shift something, or you recognise a pattern that appears to reoccur in your family through generations, you have health issues that have not been resolved through normal routes, your children have emotional or behavioural problems where you cannot find a root cause or solution then constellations could be for you.

WHAT ISSUES ARE BROUGHT TO SYSTEMIC  CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOPS

The range of issues people bring to a constellations workshop are many and varied. Typical questions or issues include

Relationship Challenges:

  • What is stopping me meeting my life partner?

  • How can I repair a ruptured relationship with a friend or family member, conflicts with parents or siblings, or challenges in their current family dynamics.

Financial Concerns:

  • issues related to financial struggles, inheritances, or the impact of family attitudes toward money.

Unresolved Grief or Trauma:

  • Participants might seek resolution for unresolved grief, trauma, or painful events within their family history.

Parental Influence:

  • Questions about parental influence and its impact on personal choices, behaviour, and relationships are common themes explored in family constellations.

Inherited Patterns and Behaviour:

  • People often bring concerns about repeating patterns or behaviorur that seem to be inherited from previous generations.

Identity and Belonging:

  • Issues related to identity, a sense of belonging, or feeling disconnected from family roots are explored in the constellation process.

Parenting Challenges:

  • Participants may seek insights into challenges they face as parents or concerns about their children's well-being.

Health and Well-being:

  • Health-related issues, both physical and mental, are often brought to family constellations workshops, seeking connections to familial patterns.

Career and Life Choices:

  • Questions about career choices, life purpose, and major life decisions may be explored within the context of family constellations.

Ancestral Healing:

  • Seeking healing for ancestral wounds, understanding family secrets, or addressing historical family traumas are common themes.
